A long, long, time ago my buddy Sid and I wrote a song parody of Don McLean's venerable (and much parodied) American Pie. We had been discussing Kim Jong Un's rise to power, and what must go on in the mind of a boy our age who was suddenly given control of a country and its nuclear arsenal.

Most of the images are photographs that I live-traced in Illustrator and then dropped into VideoScribe as vectors to automate the hand-drawing effect.
